2/28/2006 Models 220 & 240 ATEX approval has been received for Mid-West Models 220 and 240. This approval coupled with CSA Certification and UL Listing for Class I, Div. I Groups B,C and D and Class II, Div I Groups E, F and G provide a family of cost effective, compact units for the most severe applications in hazardous locations. The units are available in piston or diaphragm configurations with aluminum or stainless steel bodies, a variety of elastomers, and one or two switches in a heavy duty housing, FNPT access is standard.
10/19/2005 845 MODEL 845'S NOW ACCEPTED BY FCCC & HR-USC AND CA-NV AWWA The Mid-West Instrument Model's 845-5, 845-3 and 845-2 have been added to both the FCCC & HR-USC and CA-NV AWWA list of Acceptable Gauges. The 845's join the 830 on the list.
8/11/2005 Models 140, 141, 142 CSA Certification and UL Listing for Div. II application of the Mid-West Model 142 has been received. With this approval the Models 140, 141 and 142 are approved for Class I, Div. II, Groups A,B,C & D and Class II, Division II, Groups F & G applications. All of these units feature diaphragm isolation of high and low side pressures, a choice of aluminum or stainless steel bodies, a variety of elastomers and the option of one or two reed switches and a robust aluminum switch housing with FNPT access.
7/18/2005 Model 522 The Model 522 has been introduced for the agricultural irrigation and geothermal markets for filter monitoring or low flow warning applications. These gauge/switch units feature diaphragm isolation of high and low pressure, a choice of 7/8" or 2_" dial sizes and one or two switches with either flying leads or DIN connectors. 5/13/2005 142 Lower DP Range for Model 140 Family  The new Model 142 is an extension of the "Diaphragm style" Model 140 series of differential pressure gauges.  The Model 142 allows lower DP ranges down to and including 20" H2O with 3-2-3% Full Scale Accuracy.
